Stepping into Step-In Lodge felt like walking into a cozy haven. The accommodation was comfy and clean, providing all the necessary facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, offering us the best deals on day trips and making us feel like part of their family. The comfortable bed and availability of hot and cold water added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, with shops and markets nearby for any essentials we needed during our stay.The communal lounging area, doubling as a breakfast spot, was a great place to unwind and catch up on work. The staff's proficiency in English made communication easy, and their hospitality truly stood out. The lodge's proximity to key attractions like the Filipino Market Sabah and Gaya Street made it an ideal base for our adventures.In summary, Step-In Lodge exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, cleanliness, and convenient location.
